WinLexic Downloads and WinLexic Glossaries Folders window is available by clicking on the Manage Glossaries icon within Navigation pane and selecting Open WinLexic Downloads and WinLexic Glossaries Folders window.
As you can see, the screenshot below is divided into 2 parts, the left part is the WinLexic downloads window where all downloaded glossaries are stored, and on the right there is WinLexic Glossaries window where all integrated glossaries are stored:
It is safe to delete the glossary from WinLexic Downloads folder after you have integrated it into WinLexic. On the other hand, if you delete the integrated glossary from the WinLexic Glossaries folder, it will disappear from the list of available languages and you will have to integrate it again.
Also, if you need to rename name of any language after integrating the glossary you may do this by clicking on the glossary folder name and altering it, in the same way that you usually do using Microsoft® Explorer.
